Dr Amr Fatouh

Dr. Amr Fatouh will serve as Post Doctoral Associate in Dairy Science for a year. Dr. Fatouh is Assistant professor of Food Science, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Dairy Science from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He spent three years at the University of Georgia during his Ph.D. study under a channel program supported by the Egyptian government. His area of expertise is Chromatographic and thermal analysis of food lipids. Dr. Fatouh will be working on a low fat cheese project under the direction of Dr. Ashraf Hassan.
