9th Egyptian Conference of Dairy Science and Technology

Dr. Ashraf Hassan will travel to Cairo, Egypt to deliver an invited presentation at the 9th Egyptian Conference of Dairy Science and Technology, which is scheduled for 9-11 October, 2004. The title of his presentation is Understanding Functions of Exopolysaccharides in Dairy Products. Dr. Hassan is a recognized expert in the area of exopolysaccharide research and is currently involved in research for evaluating the use of exopolysaccharides for improving the quality of low fat cheeses.
