Dairy Science Faculty Invited to Speak

Dr Ken Kalscheur recently traveled to Louisville, KY as an invited to speaker at the 9th Annual Symposium of the Distillers Grains Technology Council. Dr. Vikram Mistry was an invited speaker at the 2005 Cultured Dairy Products Conference in Minneapolis, MN on 24th May. His presentation was entitled New Research for Lowfat Fermented Dairy Products.
