National Cheese Institute Award

Dr. Mark Johnson of Milbank, SD received National Cheese Institute Laureate Award of the IDFA in January 2010. Mark has been with the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for almost 25 years. Dr. Johnson received his M.S. degree in Dairy Manufacturing from SDSU in 1976.
