Post-Doctoral Associate in Dairy Scince

The Dairy Science Department at South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD is offering a postdoctoral Associate position beginning January 2008 for a two year period. Responsibilities include designing and conducting research in the area of low fat cheese. The successful candidate must have documented experience with cheese rheology, chemistry and texture. Experience with hydrocolloids and cheese making will be a plus. A Ph.D. degree in dairy manufacturing or a closely related field is required.
