Research Activities in Dairy Science

The Dairy Science Department is active in several research areas that are linked to its teaching and extension functions. Much of this work is supported by external grants and by the Agricultural Experiment Station and involves collaboration with industry. Research spans over topics ranging from dairy production to manuacturing.
